Share Your Time & Talents
The help of many volunteers is vital to ensure the success of the programs and events scheduled throughout the school year. Any amount of time you can provide is important to our kids and the schools. Please fill out and submit the form at the bottom of this page or contact any of the board members to let them know of your interests.
In addition, it is required by Ashland Public Schools that all volunteers fill out a Statement of Confidentiality, a CORI Request form, and an Emergency Contact information form. Please click on the links below to open/download the three required forms.

As requested by the Superintendent's Office, print-out and complete the three forms and return them in person to the front office at any school. The front office staff person will need to review your ID (a driver's license is fine), verify that it is indeed you, and then make a copy of your ID. This process has been updated: someone in the office needs to photocopy your ID, versus you supplying your own copy.
If you are not able to make it to a school during school hours, please notify your volunteering point of contact.
