The help of many volunteers is vital to ensure the success of the programs and events scheduled throughout the school year. Remember, any amount of time you can commit is important to our kids and the schools.
Please fill out and submit the form at the bottom of this page. You may also contact any of the board members to let them know of your interest in sharing your time with the PTO. In addition, it is required by Ashland Public Schools that all volunteers fill out a Statement of Confidentiality, a CORI Request form, and an Emergency Contact information form. Please click on the links below to download each form. Then, make a print-out each form, fill them in by hand, and return all three to your volunteering point of contact.
