Rob Surette's Amazing Hero Art and
Cold Stone Ice Cream Social

January 26, 2007, 7 pm at the Ashland High School Auditorium

On January 26, at 7 pm at the Ashland High School Auditorium, the residents of Ashland will be able to witness the theatrical experience known as Amazing Hero Art.  Self-taught artist Rob Surette bills himself as the fastest portrait artist in the world.  He propels paint onto giant 6-foot canvases, and in as little as 58 seconds, reveals incredibly realistic portraits of celebrities and world figures.  Rob has performed on Good Morning America, the NBC Evening News, Nitebeat, and Chronicle, as well as in many countries across the world such as Canada, Brazil, Australia, Spain, England, France, Japan, South Africa and New Zealand.

The PTO has sponsored this enlightening and inspiriational enrichment program in the Middle School for several years now, and has purchased a few of the portraits.  They can be viewed at the High School, Middle School, Mindess and Warren Schools.

There will be an ice cream social immediately following the show in the cafeteria, with ice cream served by Cold Stone Creamery.  Tickets will be available at the door.
